This class is designed for senior adults, however everyone is welcome.
Strength, Stretch, & Balance is a total body workout. The exercises will focus on the entire body to improve strength, balance, stability, and flexibility. Exercise bands or 1-5 lb weights recommended, however not required.
A zoom link will be emailed upon registration. This class meets virtually on Wednesdays from 10:00-10:30am, March 2-30, 2022.
