We each have medicine for the collective and together we can heal and grow in ways that would not be imaginable singularly. This is the power of a sacred circle and community. This is a place for nurturing self care challenging yourself and remembering that you are sacred.

We explore topics related to our spiritual path and how we can implement this in daily life. We don't give advice but rather we hold space for telling our stories sharing our processes asking heart-opening questions while learning from each others as we are all teachers and students. Each month we will explore a new topic.

Each circle is centered around a lesson with a guided meditation or shamanic journey or exercise facilitated by Doña Lisa Lake anointed Shaman with 14 years experience leading shamanic circles and workshops.
